What if self-care was actually the way you lived your life?!



Why has “self-care” become another thing on your to-do list?



Why have we made taking care of ourselves, into a luxury item, and not something the “average” person can indulge in?


So not cool.

How would your life, relationships, or business, feel different if you made YOU, the priority, 100% of the time?


I’m not saying screw everyone else, but I am saying that YOUR energy, and YOUR vibration deserve to be at the top of your list of priorities.


Self-care isn’t just about getting massages, meditating a couple times a week, working out, and taking bubble baths.


Self-care is a state of BEING.


It’s about being so tuned in to what your body, heart, and soul need in EACH moment, and taking action from there.


It’s about trusting yourself SO much, that you say “no” to anything that isn’t in alignment with your personal truth.


Self-care is the way you talk to yourself, AND the way you take care of yourself.



It’s allowing yourself to experience pleasure, and joy.


Instead of “doing” self-care, let’s EMBODY self-care!
